The Challenge

It’s an important business, keeping people warm and industry moving. One that Ingoe Oils, a family-run company in Rochdale, know all too well.

Everyone expects prompt delivery and competitive prices, of course; but with domestic, agricultural and commercial clients, Ingoe’s three distinct markets all have different needs.

Each needed a clearly-defined proposition. So they called Thrive.

The Solution

First, it was out with Ingoe’s existing corporate-looking image – which simply didn’t fit with the important domestic market – and in with a new softer, customer-focused look.

Thrive developed a family of illustrated characters, giving the brand a much friendlier and warmer feel, for a range of marketing material: a new responsive website, commercial brochure, stationery and sector-specific printed pieces.

It proved a solid foundation for Ingoe’s ongoing activity too, with online marketing, strategically targeted direct mail campaigns and trade event materials. All produced by Thrive.
