It’s been busy here in the Thrive offices this week putting the finishing touches to the latest Show Business Interiors direct mail piece. Having worked on two successful campaigns for them earlier this year, we took on the challenge to expand on this for their autumn marketing.
Show Business Interiors specialise in producing stunning show homes at landmark projects for some of Britain’s biggest housebuilders. As leaders in their field, they work closely with trend forecasters to bring interiors to life, and with that ethos in mind, we wanted to create a direct mail piece that could showcase their brand – emphasising innovation, style and forward thinking.
We wanted to push the boundaries of the typical marketing in this fast paced industry and create a quirky, memorable solution that could engage with customers to grab attention.
What we did.
Utilising the concept of bringing a ‘fresh twist’ to a show home, we looked into concepts, and literal interpretations of how the consumer could interact with the direct mail. Using the stunning room set photography, in one of this years’ pantone shades, a nod to our previous chocolate box mailer, we devised a twist mechanism – a playful solution whereby turning the elements to watch the room set come together.
Each campaign has given a different glimpse of the offering Show Business Interiors gives to the interior design industry, and the most striking elements of this beautifully simple idea is the fun, imaginative outlook on tomorrow’s trends.
