This is an exciting opportunity to join our agency as a senior level Thriver within our Client Services team. The broad remit is to own, build, drive and grow every aspect of the agency’s digital offer.
Your starting point will be to secure and grow existing digital clients and to help develop and implement a comprehensive plan for digital growth that encompasses budgets, structure, resources and objectives. You’ll also be responsible for some financial, commercial and operational activities.
You’ll provide support for our ambitious team of Account Managers, Creatives and Developers by being an inspiring and motivational mentor, sharing knowledge and providing team and individual leadership that rewards productivity and results. You will also assist in the training and development of more junior team members and identify skills gaps and development opportunities.
As you’d expect, to be considered you’ll need to have an in-depth understanding of digital marketing and a solid track record of website project delivery.
