Manchester Metropolitan University has always been forward-thinking; and their latest initiative is set to revolutionise the way students interact with MMU. The ‘Student Journey Transformation Programme’ (or SJTP for short), will enhance every aspect of their business administrative processes and systems and will provide more efficient, responsive support for the students’ journey from initial enquiry to becoming a member of their alumni community. Thrive were tasked with creating an identity for the programme that would be recognisable internally and externally across all their communication activity.
The identity needed to be instantly recognisable and reflect the fact that it would streamline several thousand existing processes, across 38,000 students and staff, to better support, communicate and bring everything they need, together in one place.
The identity has been rolled out across the whole programme, including digital and print design along with the launch campaign. So far this has involved producing its own dedicated website, place-branding, pop-up stands, brochures and videos. And with the final Go Live date scheduled for July 2019, there’s plenty more to come!
